Totara Park me ngā Pukeko p1

A quick bus ride to Totara Park...
A bit too quick because then we arrived

Having lots of fun with the papa-tākoro and the different whare they have around Totara Park

I kimi rātou i te 'arawehata' kei muri i te papa-tākoro
'When they found out that there was a ladder up to the playground' 😂😂

Fun in the sun and finding time to pose for a photo or two :)

Going on our walk and listening to 'Te wao nui a Tane'.

The wait for the slide was long... But worth it

Road Safety with Matua Byron and Mā Cynthia

Being safe around the roads and using the crossings. Even if our parents are calling out for us to come across, we know that we should use the crossings.

Room 21's Mā Cynthia

Showing our class how to cross the road safely. Even when we can see the cars are slowing down we must wait for them to STOP.

Matua Byron, Akomanga 21 me Akomanga 25

Remember to STOP, LOOK and LISTEN for traffic
We should always be looking out for one another
When the patrols are out, we need to stand behind the yellow line
